The project is located centrally in Stamford Lincolnshire on a generous plot

In the first phase of the project the existing 1930s house was to be fully refurbished and a large open plan kitchen extension adaded at the rear to open up the house to the substantial garden. The rear extension was designed to accommodate a future second phase extension on top of it at a later date.

The second phase of the project which was executed soon after the first involved a substantial side extension that would reorganise the first floor, providing an additional two bedrooms, including master with ensuite and an integral garage at ground floor.

Phase three added a small but luxurious garden room which contracted to the previous phases but tied the style together.

The design and external appearance is sympathetic to the original style of the house, but successfully incorporates a large contemporary living space internally.
