Eastbourne

This 12 unit, affordable housing scheme in Eastbourne was designed to HQI standards for Standen Land.
The design maxmised the usuable space internally and in communal circulation areas, providing modern open plan living with exterior spaces for each unit. The scheme was cost and environmentally concious using standard materials sparingly and proportioning glazing with orientation and volume to allow controlled solar gains and maximise daylighting.
